High School Baseball Pitching & Arm Care Clinic

Put in the off-season work to prepare for high school baseball! This progressive clinic helps high school players build arm strength and endurance, refine throwing mechanics, and develop consistent arm care habits. Athletes will learn warm-up routines, J-band exercises, plyometric drills, and throwing techniques they can incorporate into their own training.

Each phase builds on the previous one, gradually increasing training volume and intensity. Players are encouraged to continue through each phase for a complete off-season progression.

This clinic is offered through Dexter Community Education and is not affiliated with the Dexter High School baseball program.

Phase 1: Build the Foundation
November–December | 4 weeks | 2–3 sessions per week
This phase introduces foundational arm conditioning, throwing mechanics, and arm care routines to prepare athletes for the training ahead.

Phase 2: Build Strength & Endurance
December–January | 6 weeks | 2–3 sessions per week
Athletes will progress through warm-ups, J-band routines, and plyometric drills. Training volume gradually increases as players build arm endurance and reinforce the program’s key concepts.

Phase 3: Prepare for the Season
January–March | 5 weeks | 2–3 sessions per week
Athletes will build on earlier phases with progressive throwing work and continued arm conditioning. The focus is on consistent mechanics, arm endurance, and preparation for the demands of the high school season.
