Kidokinetics Sportsplay - Nothing But Nets
Kidokinetics creates the ultimate athletic experience with our science-based sports program!
Through over 20 sports and endless creative activities, we foster movement to support:
- Gross motor development
- Hand-eye coordination
- Confidence in a non-competitive environment
Nothing But Nets is a unique combination of volleyball, hockey, badminton and pickleball.
Children will have a chance to experience different pieces of equipment and plenty of cross-body movement. Each week features a warm-up and stretch, an introduction to a new sport with age-appropriate skills and drills, an interactive game, and a cool-down that recaps our accomplishments.
Participants should bring a water bottle and wear gym shoes.
