The program is offered in the fall and spring. Coaches use group games and running-related activities to promote the sport and encourage students to push themselves in a positive environment. The group as a whole works up to a mile and the games build fitness and endurance as well. Some runners do chose to run more, but the mile is a really good goal for the majority of the group. Open to all and tailored to everyone’s ability level. Participants typically run rain or shine. A Running Club t-shirt is included with the program this Fall. Please register by 8:00 AM on Monday, August 31st to receive a shirt. Any registrations afterwards Fall 2026: We're offering Running Club on Mondays and/or Thursdays.
