Michigan Thunder 4v4 Soccer League

The Micro Soccer 4v4 League is a fast-paced, development-focused recreational soccer program designed to maximize player touches, decision-making, and enjoyment of the game. This format emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and structured environment.

Each team will consist of 6 players, playing 4v4 on the field (no goalkeepers), allowing for substitutions and equal playing time. Every registered player will receive an official program T-Shirt

Parents

• We need parents to volunteer as coaches! If interested, please answer accordingly during registration!

Team Formation & Rosters

• An Evaluation Day will be held on the first session of July 16th (NO Games on July 16th). Coaches meetings will happen this day as well 
  • Teams will be organized by grade and skill level.

• Is there practice? No Practice. Just Play!
• My child has never played before. Can they join? Yes. Our Recreational Division is designed for beginners and first-time players.
• Are there trophies? No trophies or awards. This is a recreational league focused on development, fun, and positive competition.

All players must bring: Shin guards (required), Sneakers or soccer cleats, Water bottle, and a Size 3 or Size 4 soccer ball for 1st-8th; Size 5 soccer ball for high schoolers.
